Langley Real Estate Market October Market Update

We’re with RE/MAX Treeland realty and we’d like to give you an update on what has been happening in the real estate market in Langley.Last month, we saw an influx of listings coming on the market, while property sales were the third lowest for that month in the last decade. However, we did have a 12% increase of sales compared to the same month last year, but we also saw a decrease of 13% of property sales compared to August of this year.
This gives buyer’s the opportunity to take their time and see everything available on the market, so if you are thinking of selling your home, it is important for you to have your home aggressively priced compared to other listings in the same neighborhood. This will show serious buyers that you are motivated to sell, plus it will also give you a chance to sell your home more quickly.
For people who are looking for new product, there is a great supply of new homes to choose from in the yorkson area of Willoughby. Plus, there is also going to be some new product coming on the market in Murrayville next year, giving buyer’s a greater selection of product to choose from.
