June Market Update

We're with RE/MAX Treeland Realty in the Langley area and we'd like to give you
an update on what has been happening in the real estate market for the month of
May.
For the past month, we've noticed a good increase in sales on the Multiple
Listing Service compared to the sales of April and May of last year.
Prices have remained relatively stable, however you need to be priced within
the current market value making your home stand out from all the rest.
Also, there is lot's of great new product coming on the market in the
Willoughby area, such as Condo's, townhouses and single family homes that are
just minutes from the freeway. Translink is also putting in a new fast
bus system going to downtown, making it easy for commuters. This new
system is going to be great for Langley making it a great place to settle down.
